Introduction

In addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy the game specified in Clause 1.1 of Terms of Use is governed by the following set of rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules").

Please note that this is a simulated trading competition and Fantasy Invest is not offering investment advice or an opinion regarding the nature, potential value, suitability, or profitability of any particular transaction. This contest is intended for play with the only aim of having fun and pleasure. By participating, you understand and agree that Fantasy Invest does not recommend any security, financial product or instrument, nor recommendation to buy, sell, or hold that or any other security, financial product or investment. You have to understand that Fantasy Invest does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice. You have to understand and agree that Fantasy Invest does not offer or provide any investment advice or opinion regarding the nature, potential, value, suitability or profitability of any particular security, portfolio of securities, transaction, investment strategy or other matter. You have to understand and agree that any decision you make will be based solely on your evaluation of your financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance, financial condition, and liquidity needs.

The provision of our Service may contain information and opinion on investments that does not constitute independent investment research, nor non-independent research, and is therefore not subject to the regulatory protections afforded to research. The information does not constitute any form of advice or recommendation by Fantasy Invest and is not intended to be relied upon by you in making (or refraining from making) any investment decisions. Appropriate independent advice should be obtained before making any investment decision. The information may comprise views, opinions and recommendations of individuals from the general public who may have little or no training, education, experience or any other specialised knowledge of the markets, investing or other financial matters. Any trading in financial instruments involves a risk of substantial losses. In connection with any such transaction, you should note that:

• financial transactions are risky;
  
• the price of financial instruments, and the income derived from them, can go down as well as up, and investors may not get back the amount they invested; and
  
• past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance.
  

A. Eligibility

As a rule, you must be 18 years of age. Depending on the place of your physical location, this rule may vary. For example, in Massachusetts and Iowa (the USA) you must be 21 years of age, in Alabama (the USA) you must be 19 years of age.

In some jurisdictions you are not allowed to participate in paid contests or deposit money. Fantasy Invest makes its best efforts to research any jurisdiction and decide if it is required to block depositing and gaming in a particular state or country, e.g., the Indian States Assam, Orissa, Andhra Pradesh, Telingana, Nagaland, Karnataka. However, you have to check whether your depositing money or gaming complies with the applicable legislation at your physical location.

Fantasy Invest makes no representation that participation in paid entry online games of skill is lawful under the Texas state law. For further information regarding eligibility, please read our official Terms of Use.

B. Registration

Your registration as a user takes place by means of social networks authorization (Google, Facebook) and/or by means of e-mail&password pair. When using your e-mail for registration you will receive an e-mail from us with an automatically generated link that you need to follow to complete the registration process. You will not be allowed to participate in the contest without confirmation of your registration.

C. Multiple Accounts

Each user is allowed to have only one account. "Multi-accounting" is expressly prohibited. If we determine that you have opened, maintained, used or controlled more than one account, any or all of your accounts may be terminated or suspended and any prizes you have won may be revoked or withheld. For more information, please read carefully Section 6 of the Terms of Use.

D. Suspended Accounts

There are a variety of behaviors that are detrimental to Fantasy Invest and other users on the Service. Engaging in those behaviors may result in suspension of some or all functions associated with your account. Suspended users are expected to respect the disciplinary actions imposed on their accounts and all communication regarding restoration of your account should take place via the support e-mail account as specified in Section 19 of the Terms of Use.

E. User Name

Fantasy Invest may require users to change their user names in cases where the name is offensive or promotes a commercial venture. The requirement to change will be determined at our sole discretion, and if requests are ignored, we may unilaterally change this user name.

F. Virtual Account's Balance

For each registered user, the Service creates a virtual account for user to make the following transactions if necessary:

• deposit real money;
  
• use the money on the account to participate in contests in accordance with conditions of such contests;
  
• receive money as rewards for the results achieved in contests;
  
• withdraw money from the virtual account to user's own PayPal (as a general rule) or any other payment method which may be approved by Fantasy Invest in the future.
  

Upon registration (Section B of these Rules) you may receive a bonus from Fantasy Invest to your virtual account, which you can use to sign in to the paid contests. The amount of this bonus depends on effective marketing activities of Fantasy Invest and may vary from time to time. You cannot withdraw this bonus from your virtual account before you use the bonus with its purpose, and you have to use the bonus within the Service according to regulations specified herein.

Please note that it is expressly prohibited to provide access to your user's account as well as the virtual account to any third party. For more information on how we help you protect your user's account, please read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy carefully.

To deposit into your virtual account and withdraw money from it, Fantasy Invest will use third-party payment services.

G. Deposits

You can deposit into your virtual account directly through your user's account using third-party payment services suggested to you and approved by Fantasy Invest. We will inform you if you can use other ways to deposit accordingly. If you are having any problems depositing money, contact us via support@stockbattle.io and we will help you out. There may be limits on the amount you may deposit in certain circumstances. Fantasy Invest reserves the right to unilaterally return the money which has been deposited and provides no explanation on that decision.

In accordance with state requirements, Fantasy Invest from time to time shall restrict the increase of the deposit for residents of certain states unless the user has requested and received approval for such an increase.

Any bonuses or money received as the result of participation in the no-entry fee contests become a part of your deposit only after you deposit your own money and enter into paid contests and may be subject to any withdrawal provided that you comply with regulations specified in Section H herein.

H. Withdrawals

You can withdraw your money at any time, subject to anti-fraud checks on playing patterns and deposits prior to processing, provided that the following criteria are met at the same time:

• your virtual account's balance is more than $100;
  
• you have entered 80% of your actual deposit into contests;
  
• your virtual account's balance complies with Section F of the Rules.
  

We require a valid mailing address, birthday, and social security number for all withdrawals to file the appropriate tax forms at year-end.

Withdrawal may take place through a particular platform. A user takes on him/herself fees set by payment systems, banks, as well as other reasonable and necessary expenses related to the withdrawal or real money from user's virtual account in Fantasy Invest. To withdraw, you are required to create a request for withdrawal at your user's account. Check withdrawals may take 3-5 business days to process. However, for your convenience, we will do our best to make the money transfer as quick as possible and accurately in accordance with the applicable law.

You can also withdraw any amount of your money after you deposit it with us provided that you have not entered into any contest before withdrawing. Please note that such kind of withdrawals are made to the same source from which the money has been sent to us.

I. Types of Contests

Fantasy Invest operates different types of contests or sets of contests (also referred to as the "tournaments") based on the number of slots in your portfolio, number of players in a certain contest, entry fee limits, levels of users' limitations, duration of contest, number or sequential contests, etc. However, all the principles set forth herein as well as in the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy will remain unchanged, otherwise, we will inform you accordingly.

Any contest is available for any user who meets the Eligibility requirements and has a certain amount of money on his/her virtual account's balance. The amount of the entry fee is always the same for all users who are about to take part in the relevant contest. Fantasy Invest operates the no-entry fee contests ("freeroll" in terms of the contest) as well, which are aimed at helping users to understand the Service, its rules, principles, mechanics and other features, as well as having fun and pleasure. The number of freerolls and the amount of the possible maximum outcome for every user is limited. The limitations can be seen at the user's account.

Fantasy Invest also operates the no-entry fee tournaments. The regulations of these tournaments are similar to those of the freerolls specified above.

To take part in a particular contest, the user chooses a particular contest room, collects a portfolio of a particular number of simulated tools (e.g., shares, bonds, crypto currency, etc. depending on features of a particular contest) which are listed (traded) at a particular exchange (including crypto currency exchange), and make an entry fee (if applicable). After filling the contest room with the maximum permissible number of users, the contest starts automatically. If the number of users does not reach the limit, the contest starts at the time specified in the properties of the particular contest.

The user is not allowed to make entry fees by bonuses or money received as the result of participation in the no-entry fee contests only.

Any contest can start no earlier than the opening time of a particular exchange (including crypto currency exchange) and end no later than the closing time of such exchange. The duration of a particular сontest, its start and end times are determined before the start of such a contest and are displayed for any user before entering the contest room, collecting a portfolio, making an entry fee and accepting other rules of a particular contest.

The user gets his/her points depending on the chosen tools dynamic and the sum of each tool percentage changes during the relevant period. The percentage is calculated by determining the proportion between the tools price fixed at the moment of the contest start and the tools price displayed at the end of the contest. Points gained for each tool in the portfolio are put together in a final score.

Users whose portfolios show better performance get the highest scores, and become winners of the relevant contest, and share the money (or the prize) pool. The number of users with the highest scores which will share the prize pool, the proportions for distribution of the prize pool, the amount of the prize pool, as well as other terms and conditions of a particular contest can be seen by every user before the contest starts. In case two or more players have the same results, the reward is equally divided between them.

The winner gets the reward by receiving a transfer to his virtual account's balance.

Fantasy Invest cannot in any manner influence start, duration, completion, or results of any contest, and therefore affect the rating table, portfolio, or performance of a separate user.

J. Users' Rating

The rating of each user is based on the following criteria:

• number of contests in which the user has participated;
  
• performance of user's portfolio in each game in which the user participated;
  
• scores count involves both positive and negative performance of user's portfolio.

Each user will automatically participate in aggregate, monthly, weekly and daily (if applicable) rating lists.

K. Scripts

Use of unauthorized scripts is prohibited on Fantasy Invest. Authorized scripts will be made available through the Service and accessible to all users prior to the game entry.

L. Scoring Revisions

On rare occasions (primarily because of the Service malfunctions), the final scores may be revised after they have been released. When that happens, the Fantasy Invest user scores will not be updated, and the settlements will not be revised. Note that this is not the same situation as a case where a correction needs to be made after settlement due to a problem with the data feed or the settlement process. The settlement process (including payment) may be reversed in these cases, and contests resettled correctly.

M. Service Access and Editing Problems

While we try to ensure that the Service is functioning smoothly, we may periodically experience an outage or slow performance periods like any online service. These can sometimes result in an inability to access the Service, problems editing portfolios, or problems entering new contests. If you are unable to access the Service, please report the problems by emailing us at support@stockbattle.io. Suppose there are sustained periods where users are unable to access Service functionality or otherwise prevented from editing portfolios or in certain other situations. In that case, we may provide instructions on how to cancel your entries over e-mail prior to game time.

N. Contest Cancellation

Fantasy Invest reserves the right to cancel contests at our discretion, without any restrictions. This would typically be done only in cases where we believe that due to problems on the Service or events affecting the stock market operation events, there would be a widespread impact on the contests' integrity.
